How VSM Can Help Your State Win—and Deliver

At Value Services Management (VSM) , we specialize in exactly the kinds of solutions this funding supports. Our team manages ACOs and value-based care initiatives in rural and underserved markets across the country—so we understand the real-world challenges of access, sustainability, workforce strain, and care fragmentation.

Here’s what we bring to the table:

  • ACO Infrastructure & Strategy – We’ve built ACOs from the ground up and supported long-term success in the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), REACH, and other models.
  • Workforce Pipeline Support – We help provider groups restructure delivery to practice at top of license and attract new talent to rural markets.
  • Tech-Enabled Care Models – From telehealth and AI to predictive analytics and remote monitoring, we help implement solutions that actually work.
  • Application Guidance – We can help your state identify priorities, structure a compliant proposal, and write a competitive application that demonstrates both impact and sustainability.
